Delivery information

You will receive your product (s) within five working days of placing an order, usually within two working days. On occasion, this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as Bank Holidays and postal strikes. The delivery charges apply to UK mainland addresses only. If you need products to be delivered elsewhere, please let us know and we will send you a quote.

Postage and Packaging

FREE delivery on orders over £50, valid in UK mainland only. Purchases below £50 will incur a carrier charge of £6.88 (+VAT)

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before despatch and up to seven working days after delivery. Goods must be returned as new and unused in original packaging or a restocking fee of 15% will apply.

The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.

We will refund your account within 30 days. If your cancellation is made after you receive the products, you are still liable for the delivery costs, which will be deducted from the total balance to be refunded.

Faulty goods

In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods (within 14 days) will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

We offer full one year warranty on the products we sell. Our products are renowned for their high quality but we like giving our customers peace of mind and a personalised service. cleaningequipment4U will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in connection with the machines sold on this site.The warranty excludes consumable parts such as brushes, bags, and other accessories.

Note that claims will not be accepted if they are the result of fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse of any kind.
